By participating in the Beyoung Loyalty Program, you agree to the following terms:

• The loyalty program is available only for registered Beyoung users.
• Guest checkout users are not eligible for points, rewards, or tier benefits.
• One account per customer is permitted.

The Beyoung Loyalty Program has 2 parts:

Special one-time coupons for new customers. These offers:

• Are valid only on the first successful order
• Require minimum order value
• Cannot be combined with loyalty points on selected orders

Customers earn loyalty points on eligible purchases and unlock higher tiers based on shopping activity.

Current loyalty tiers include:

Higher tiers unlock additional perks, rewards, and exclusive access.

• Points are credited only after the order is delivered and the return/exchange period is completed.
• Points are earned only on the final payable amount.
• Any amount paid using loyalty points will not earn additional points.
• Bonus points may be offered during special campaigns, birthdays, referrals, reviews, check-ins, or prepaid orders.

• Loyalty points can be redeemed on eligible purchases online and at participating Beyoung stores.
• Maximum 20% of the order value can be redeemed using points in a single transaction.
• Remaining amount must be paid using available payment methods.
• Points cannot be converted into cash or transferred between accounts.

• Loyalty points are valid for 12 months from the date of earning.
• Expired points cannot be restored or extended.

• Tier eligibility is calculated on a rolling 12-month basis.
• Shopping activity determines tier upgrades or downgrades.
• Tier benefits may vary and are subject to change.

Some benefits may be invite-only or available for limited periods.

• Birthday rewards are available only for users who add their date of birth to their account.
• Date of birth can be edited only once.
• Birthday offers may vary based on loyalty tier.
• Milestone, anniversary, festive, and seasonal rewards may carry separate eligibility criteria and validity periods.

• Points earned on cancelled or returned orders will be reversed.
• Redeemed points may be credited back as per Beyoung policy.
• Loyalty benefits linked to returned orders may become invalid.

By joining the program, you agree to receive updates related to:

• Points earned or redeemed
• Tier upgrades
• Reward reminders
• Expiry alerts
• Exclusive offers & campaigns

Communication may happen via WhatsApp, SMS, email, app notifications, or other official Beyoung channels.

Beyoung reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in:

• Fraudulent activity
• Fake referrals or reviews
• Duplicate accounts
• Misuse of rewards or benefits

Beyoung may update, modify, pause, or discontinue the loyalty program, tiers, benefits, or rewards at any time without prior notice.

In case of any dispute regarding the loyalty program, Beyoung's decision will be final and binding.
