Agent Movie Review: A Spy Who Failed to Thrill

Agent Movie Review – As a fan of Spy Action Thriller movies, I was very excited to watch “Agent” Movie starring Akhil Akkineni and Mammootty in leading roles. However, my expectations were quickly shattered as I realised that the Agent movie is a huge disappointment for me and other spy thriller fans like me. Read the honest and spoiler-free full Movie Review of Agent film released today.

Agent Movie Rating: 5/10

Storyline: Surender Reddy’s directorial venture, a spy thriller movie, features Mammootty, Akhil Akkineni, and Sakshi Vaidya in pivotal roles. Mammootty will be seen playing the role of a military officer, while Akkineni will essay the role of a spy, inspired by Matt Damon’s Jason Bourne character from the renowned American film franchise of the same name.

The plot was convoluted and confusing, and the story was totally senseless and illogical. All these factors make this movie difficult to digest so ultimately the movie is unable to engage the audience from the beginning. Another movie like Kangana’s Dhakad is difficult to follow along with the story and only presents bad dialogue and action scenes. The characters lacked depth and were badly developed, making it hard to connect with the audience emotionally. We don’t feel anything no matter what is happening on the screen, the audience is sleeping in the hall and some feel tired.

The acting department was wooden and unconvincing, leaving me feeling bored and uninterested. The action scenes were poorly executed, mostly scenes were copied and failed to impress. They attempt humour through poorly written dialogues that are forced and fall flat. But, crimpy dialogue and badly performed drama make us laugh unintentionally. So according to me, the Agent movie’s writing and plot were totally cringes. Share this Agent Movie Review with your friend who’s going to watch this movie.

Overall, the Agent movie was forgettable and disappointing. It failed to deliver its promise in every department including action, thriller, suspense, and curiosity. If you are not a die-hard fan of Akhil then don’t waste your money and time on this movie.
